Where do you ship from?

Our products are shipped from Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancellations after this period. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it is received.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. During holidays or sale periods, please allow extra time for processing.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
  • Processing takes 1-3 business days, and orders are shipped the following day.
  • Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, delivery times are typically 2-4 weeks.


What if I don't receive my order?

If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.


Will I be charged customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in Euro. You may be required to pay duties and taxes upon receiving your order, as determined by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by us.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. For more information about potential charges, please contact your local customs office.


How do I return an item?

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and any related references. We’ll resolve your case as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please check with your card issuer for updates on when the credit will appear in your account.
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds will be processed directly through PayPal.
